High Hopes Challenge #88

I chose to use Tom's Plea for the "Spots and Dots" challenge.  My spots and dots are on the stripped paper in behind Tom as well I added them to the orange cardstock that I used.
Here are the markers that I used to paint him!

Everything that I used I got from the Rubber Room.
